1.Application
These terms apply to every quote, assignment and subscription carried out by Studio VM (Vincent Montreuil), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
2.Offer and prices
A regular website is offered at one fixed monthly amount of € 49 (excl. VAT; 21% VAT added at invoicing) — all included: build, hosting, maintenance, updates and support. There is no separate build invoice and no setup fee. Webshops and custom work (selling online, integrations, migrations, custom systems) sit outside this fixed rate and are quoted separately.
3.Timelines
Estimated timelines are indicative, not binding, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Delay by the client shifts the delivery date proportionally.
4.Payment
The € 49 monthly subscription is invoiced monthly via Mollie or bank transfer, with a minimum term of 12 months. There is no setup fee: the build cost is spread across the monthly amount. Invoices payable within 14 days. For webshops or custom work, the separately agreed terms apply.
5.What the monthly subscription covers
The € 49 monthly amount covers building, hosting and maintaining your website: hosting, SSL, backups, security, updates, small changes and support. Anyone who wants more support hours, content work or new features can optionally move up to a higher level (Plus, Scale or Partner) via the client portal.
6.Domain and email
The domain name, email addresses and any domain transfer are not included in the project price. They are discussed separately with the client after delivery; the project may start on a temporary Vercel address. The client always remains the owner of their domain.
7.Non-payment and suspension
If an invoice remains unpaid after the due date, a reminder is sent. If payment is still not made, the website and/or service may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding debt is fully settled. Reactivation occurs after full payment; amounts already due remain payable.
8.Ownership and code
The code is transferred to the client via a GitHub repo. The client remains owner of their own content. Studio VM keeps the right to show the project in its portfolio (unless agreed otherwise in writing).
9.Hosting and third parties
Hosting runs via Vercel + Supabase (EU regions). Costs of these parties are borne by the client, unless included in a Care/Plus/Scale subscription.
10.Warranty and bug fixing
Bugs reported within 30 days after launch and demonstrably caused by Studio VM are fixed for free. After that the subscription or an hourly rate applies.
11.Liability
Studio VM is only liable for direct damage resulting exclusively from a proven fault. Indirect damage is excluded. Total liability is limited to the amount of the assignment.
12.Term & cancellation
The subscription has a minimum term of 12 months — that period amortises the build cost. After that it continues monthly and can be cancelled at any time, in writing and respecting the current month. Already invoiced periods are not refunded. On cancellation you remain owner of your domain and your site can be transferred.
13.Applicable law
Belgian law applies to every agreement. In case of disputes, the courts of Kortrijk have jurisdiction.
